«Micro IA» – Write Your Content like A Journalist!

Journalists want to attract and guide the user and the reader navigation is their tool to achieve that. As UX experts, we can think of it as our «micro information architecture». This micro IA consists of 5 elements: the Header, Lead, Subheader, Visual and Quotations. In this lightning talk, we’ll find inspiration for improving the effectiveness of our written content. We’ll also discuss smart ways of delivering the same message tailored to the needs of different audiences.
