The Language of Innovation

Conversations in our corporate world are stuck in the industrial age. Efficiency, understood as making repetitions faster, is managed with command-and-control principles. Applied to the vocabulary of our daily work, these re-iterate incumbent perceptions of how things ought to be. This talk aims to increase awareness about the harm of machine-like language on our way of thinking and become more aware of a more inclusive type of language we have yet to learn.
